o now comes loaded with new features: internal downtube storage, a flip chip for mixed wheels, a slacker head angle, and increased coil compatibility. Ibis has also expanded sizing options and added size-specific details, ensuring every rider gets the perfect fit. New Features: SIZE-SPECIFIC EVERYTHING Every rider deserves an excellent ride, regardless of height or proportions. Ibis has created size-specific seat tube angles and suspension kinematics to deliver balance and speed for all riders. Chainstay length and bottom bracket height are tailored to each frame size. New Extra-Medium Size: Sits in the middle of the size range, providing a better fit for riders between 5’5” and 6’0”. The Extra Medium and larger sizes ship with 29” wheels, while the Small and Medium sizes come with MX wheels. FLIP CHIP Added adjustability with a new flip chip, allowing you to run 29” or 27.5”/29” mixed (MX) wheels on all sizes without compromising geometry. Wheel Sizes: Extra Medium and larger sizes come with 29” wheels, while Small and Medium sizes come with MX wheels. DW-LINK Ibis continues to use the critically acclaimed DW-link suspension platform, known for its efficient climbing and superb downhill performance. Size-Specific Kinematics: Ensuring every size bike pedals efficiently while maintaining a calm ride on challenging trails. COIL COMPATIBILITY Inspired by the race-proven HD6 design, the Ripmo now features a coil-friendly progressive shock rate and shorter clevis, compatible with nearly any coil shock. INTERNAL FRAME STORAGE The new frame storage system allows you to store gear in your bike, featuring a water-resistant, rattle-free door that’s easy to operate even in cold, muddy conditions, and while wearing gloves.
