Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling is a blend of Derwent Valley, Tamar Valley & Coal River Valley fruit. Pressed to clay amphora, old French oak casks and stainless steel, the juice is ferm ented naturally, matured for 6 months on lees and blended to bottle with a small amount of residual sugar.
