Immediately appealing from the first pour, with sweet pea, lemon rind and citrus zest. The palate has true vitality, with generosity and softness. An approachable style with broad appeal. Utterly delicious." Toni Paterson, Wine Companion Winemaking notes This limited release is born from a small and precious crop of Semillon, reclaimed from the second regrowth following the frost of mid-September 2024, which swept through the Broke Fordwich region.Against all odds, the 2025 vintage unfolded in near-perfect conditions, allowing the vines to recover gracefully and yield a tiny but remarkable harvest. The secondary fruit has endowed the wine with beautiful natural acidity and vibrant notes of lime, lemon, and a delicate touch of feijoa. Handpicked with care, the fruit was swiftly chilled, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel before being bottled early to preserve its pure freshness and vitality.
