This is a series of small helmets inspired by the motifs of Sengoku Busho (samurai lords from Japan’s Age of Provincial Wars, 15th–17th centuries).【Who is Shimazu Yoshihisa?】 Taked a Shingen (1521 – 1573) was one of Japan’s most famous Sengoku-era daimyo (feudal lords).He ruled the province of Kai (modern Yamanashi Prefecture) and was renowned as a brilliant military strategist, earning the nickname “The Tiger of Kai.” Shingen is best known for: Military skill: He developed highly disciplined cavalry forces and innovative tactics that challenged even powerful rivals like Oda Nobunaga and Tokugawa Ieyasu. Rivalry with Uesugi Kenshin: His battles against Kenshin, especially the series of engagements at Kawanakajima, are legendary in Japanese history. Governance: Shingen implemented fair tax systems, promoted irrigation projects, and strengthened his domain’s economy.
