This is a Brand NEW item, still in its ORIGINAL PACKING. The British Columbia FOREST SERVICE Miniature Automobile Vehicle Dashboard Danger Fire Rating Sign, vintage from the 1970's. Back in the day, the BC Forest Service had these little "FOREST FIRE HAZARD RATING" sliding-scales made by Sutherland Plastics & Mfg, in Victoria, BC. To use you just peeled off the adhesive backing cover (a Kleen-Stik Product of Weston, Ontario) and stuck it to your dashboard. Then, whenever you passed the road-side forest fire danger signs posted along the highway, you'd adjust your own dashboard sign to match the road sign. It also reminded you to "Keep BC Green" and to "Use Your Ashtray". Just a Sweetheart 1970's ULTRA RARE VINTAGE souvenir from Beautiful British Columbia! All intact, MINT condition, never used, kleen-stik original paper is still intact, and includes the original little 1970's plastic bag with instructions.
