This product consists of 10 highly purified and prestained proteins ranging in molecular weight from 8 kDa to 180 kDa (8,17,25,33,43,55,72,100,130,180kDa), among them, 72 kDa is orange band, 8 kDa is green band. The labeled apparent molecular weight was calibrated by the molecular weight Marker of standard non-prestained proteins. Using this product, the state of protein electrophoresis and the effect of membrane transfer can be dynamically observed. After SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, the color bands were transferred to PVDF membrane and NC membrane. This product is conveniently packaged and is a ready-to-use product, do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents! After the prestained protein is combined with the dye, the molecular weight will change in the gel of different concentrations. There are signs in the instructions, this product is only for reference when judging the molecular weight of the target protein. Features Bright color - three color predye, each strip average concentration of 2.5 μg Lower amount of this product into the gel hole - mini-gel: 3-5 μL; Stable performance - 50℃ for 20 h, no degradation Long shelf life - can be stored at -15℃ ~ -25℃ for two years Applications Protein migration is monitored during SDS-PAGE electrophoresis Monitor protein transfer to the membrane after Western blotting Protein size analysis on SDS-PAGE and Western blotting Specifications Product Type Specs Protein Ladder Size Range 8 kDa to 180 kDa Number of Markers 10 Molecular Weight 8,17,25,33, 43,55,72,100,130,180 kDa Stain Type 72 kDa is orange band, 8 kDa is green band, the rest are blue bands Storage Buffer 62.5 mM Tris-H3PO4(pH 7.5), 2 mM EDTA, 2% (W/V) SDS, 33% (W/V) Glycerol, 5 mM DTT, 0.02% (V/V) proclin300 Ready to Load ready-to-use product, do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents Components Components No. Name 20350ES72 20350ES76 20350ES90 20350 GoldBand™ Plus 3-color Regular Range Protein Marker (8-180 kDa) 250 μL 2×250 μL 10×250 μL Storage The product should be stored at -25℃ ~ -15℃ for two years. For regular use, it can be placed at 4℃ for short time use. It is recommended to store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing! Figures Figure 1 12% SDS-PAGE electrophoresis results Figure 2 Under different electrophoresis buffer conditions, the position each band of this product FAQ Q: Why did the product exhibit varying degrees of deviation when applying the glue? A: The pre-stained protein Marker shifts its position in different electrophoresis systems. These shifts are for reference only. Since the dye binds to the protein, it usually moves faster than the original protein in most cases. We have calibrated this with non-pre-stained Markers. For example, the 180KD band from some manufacturers appears at 140KD in the Bis-Tris system, while our 180KD band in the same system actually reaches 175KD. This proves that our shift is smaller. The reference diagram is as follows: Q: Are the proteins labeled with pre-dyed markers? If so, what kind of label is used? A: We have removed the "His" label without any tags.
