About our Rum Our spiced rum drink is handcrafted and bottled on the remote island we call home, the Isle of Jura. Our rum sees Scottish Distilled white rum, aged in ex-bourbon cas ks, blended with our unique island water, juice orange peel, raisins and punchy spice mix. Nosing brings the aroma of marmalade, dried fruits and toffee. Tasting brings flavours of pink pepper, nutmeg and dried apricots with a little bit of Christmas pudding. Our 20cl bottle is the perfect size if you are looking to try our rum. Many people enjoy it neat but if you want to mix it we recommend BonAccord Grapefruit soda which is also available in our online store.
