Schneider Industrial Optics 21-1085723 Lens EMERALD 4.0/80 F , 43.2mm, M43.0x0.75, Country of Origin: DE, HS Tariff Code 9002.11.9000Schneider-Kreuznach EMERALD lens series serves as the standard optical solution for large-format cameras, specifically engineered to accommodate large area and line sensors. These lenses provide exceptional image quality and high-resolution detail capture, featuring large image circles ranging from 43.2 mm up to 90 mm. The series offers extensive versatility with six different focal lengths spanning from 28 mm to 135 mm, alongside initial apertures between F2.2 and F5.6 that ensure clear, precise imaging even in difficult lighting conditions. A standout characteristic of the EMERALD lineup is its ability to cover a notably wide range of working distances. To meet diverse system requirements, the lenses are available in both F-Mount and V48-Mount configurations, with the V-Mount offering secure attachment and optimal azimuth alignment. Built with robust mechanics for harsh environments, they include a special focus adjustment and locking mechanism for stable, sustained precision. They are also rigorously tested to DIN ISO 9022 standards to survive extreme temperature cycling (-25°C to +70°C), damp heat, heavy 50 g shocks, and sinusoidal vibrations. Supported by broad compatibility with top sensor manufacturers like Sony, OnSemi, GPixel, Teledyne, and others, the EMERALD series is heavily utilized for demanding industrial tasks such as machine vision, automated optical inspection (AOI), precise 2D and 3D measurement, and traffic and surveillance monitoring.
