The Finicky Fooler Tip Up Hole Cover takes a new spin on a conventional idea. This unique hole cover features an insulated ring that is centered over the ice hole. Simply pack slus h around the perimeter to provide a seal to prevent air from entering the hole. The ring provides a 1” perimeter of insulation and the cover provides ¾” of insulation.
