Separate waist casing with elastic or drawstring. Straight-legged or gathered at ankle. Side seam and back pockets. Sew two kinds of pockets. Suggested fabric: Laundered cottons, batiks, lightweight pique or poplin, seersucker, twill, sateen, soft lightweight linen and linen blends. Extra fabric needed to match stripes or plaids. NOTES: Make sure fabric is full 45" or 60" wide. For every 2 yards, buy 1/4 yard extra to allow for shrinkage.
