Pierre de Ronsard, also known as Eden Rose, is one of the most popular climbing roses in the world, admired for its romantic, old-fashioned blooms and exceptional garden performance. The large, beautifully formed flowers open creamy white to pale pink and deepen to a rich carmine tone at the centre, creating a soft, layered appearance reminiscent of classic heritage roses. The blooms are very full and appear freely throughout the season, filling the garden with their gentle fragrance. It has a repeat flowering habit, ensuring a long display of elegant blooms across the warmer months. When mature, the plant can spread to approximately four square metres, making it ideal for covering large garden structures and creating a dramatic floral feature.
