Wool Flannel 12" x 27" 100% White Wool Flannel Cover the saturated flannel cloth with a piece of plastic sheeting , ordinarykitchen plastic wrap. A heating pad may now be applied o n top of the plastic.Begin with a medium setting on the heating pad. And then proceed to highertemperatures if comfortable. A towel , folded lengthwise , may be placed over thepack to keep it in place. The pack should remain for 30/60 minutes in place.The skin may be cleansed afterward using a solution made from two teaspoonsof baking soda dissolved in a quart of water. Store the flannel pack in aplastic bag or container for future use. It need not be discarded after oneapplication. Store in a cool , dark place for maximum shelf life. Uponsubsequent use , you may need to add a small amount of castor oil to bring thepack back to saturation. Show more
