-- Skaters Ron McKenzie, Sheila Fotheringham, and Kay Shields were testing the ice at Paisley's Barshaw Park in 1954.With the town boasting its own indoor rink, the winter freeze gave skating fans the chance to try out their skills in the great outdoors.
