This is a USB booster cable that takes 5VDC and boosts it to 12VDC. Very handy right? The maximum output current is 0.8A although we don't recommend actually going to 0.8A as the c onverter will heat up. Theoretically, you can power a router with this cable if the voltage and current requirement match. We also have a 5V to 9V cable for your project.
