Château des Trois Moulins is a 13-hectare Côtes de Bourg estate that produces wines from very low-yielding 30-year-old vines. The blend is 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1 0% Malbec, fermentated in thermoregulated tanks, soft vatting for three weeks, and aged for 13 months in French oak barrels. The vines grow in clay-limestone soil and sustainably farmed. The estate holds HVE Level 3 certification. Tasting Note: Ruby-colored, subtle wine with its elegant bouquet of jammy red fruits.
