I must admit, though they call me JOE TEA every now and then I get an urge for lemonade (don't tell anyone). It took me a long time to get my lemonade just right. The trick is to g et the right balance between sweetness and tartness. Fortunately, we had lots of lemons (from my popular lemon tea) to experiment with.
