How certificate credits work: Purchase credits from the shop See your credits appear in the portal Select Award winners and order printed certificates for them from the portal Important information: When purchasing credits please check out using the same email address as the one that is your organisation's owner on iDEA - this will help us to link the credits to the correct account more quickly Make sure you've saved your organisation's address (in settings) so that we know where to send the certificates Once you have ordered certificates we will do our best to have them produced and dispatched as soon as possible but delivery may take a couple of weeks.
