This double-sided standardized vision test is designed for amblyopia screening and testing children who have difficulties when tested with the standard near vision card (#250800). The background is gray with the exception of a white rectangle spaced at 100% surrounding each line of symbols. Line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/16 (6/120 to 6/4.8) equivalent, 0.05 to 1.25.
