Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) became mandatory for small developments on 2nd April 2024. In this webinar you will learn what is required for an architect to be deemed competent to complete the Small Sites Metric. Small sites = where residential development, with 9 dwellings or fewer on less than one hectare of land. And where commercial development, less than 1000m2 floor space and a site of less than 1 hectare.
