The two stainless steel housing halves use ABUS Diskus Deep-Welding Technology and are hand-welded at the seam, so the housing cannot be forced apart under attack. The cylinder resists both drilling and pull-out attempts, and the shackle uses a special alloy hardened steel with additional protection against sawing.
