Clyde May’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 92 proof, aged for 5 years, and non-chill filtered. Staff Review: One of my favorite values in the store. Baking spice and apple pie on the nose that settles into a sweet and spicy combination on the pallet. Don't be afraid to let this one air out, or add a few drops of water to really open up the flavor profile.
