Pet nat with fresh acidity and crisp, herbal profile. Made from Moscato Bianco, cultivated on clay-rich soils typical of the Monferrato Astigiano hills; it's a grape with existenti al crisis since we all associate it with typically sweet, low-alcohol wines yet in pet nat it suddenly behaves quite differently, sharp & dry. Also it's one of the most ancient grape varieties (the Romans were already writing about it). Show more
