Please refer to the actual product received. Thank you for understanding.) Battery Protection Board Connection Guidelines Special attention: The wire cables of different manufacturers may vary. Ensure to use the matching cables. Note that the colors of B- and P- lines of different manufacturers can differ, so always check B- and P- markings. When connecting the sampling wire cable, do not insert the cable into the BMS. Connect the cable from the total negative electrode B- starting with the fine black line. The second wire (red) is connected to the positive pole of the first string of batteries and continue in sequence to the total positive B+. After connecting, measure the voltage between each pair of adjacent metal terminals on the plug's back side. Check respective voltages for ternary lithium, iron-lithium, and lithium titanate batteries before proceeding. Connect the BMS B-line (blue thick line) to the total battery negative electrode (length should not exceed 40cm). Then, insert the wire cable into the BMS. Post-Connection Steps Ensure the voltage of battery B+, B- equals the voltage across B+ and P-. If they matches, the BMS functions correctly. Otherwise, re-check the wiring sequence. The positive electrodes of the charging and discharging end are directly linked to the total positive pole B+ of the battery. The wiring method for the same port BMS is for both negative poles to connect at P- point; for branch BMS, charge at C-, discharge at P-.
