The outer fabric is laminated with a special microporous membrane film from Toray Cortex to provide water repellency, allowing towels and a change of clothes to be stored, which is the main point. If you insert the straps into the buckles on both sides of the top, they become handles; if removed, the bag opens wide so the interior is easy to see. It is a 3-way design (hand carry, tote, shoulder) with a distinctive drawstring-like silhouette.
