Vibrant, juicy red wine. This is fleshy and full with juicy red fruits and a touch of spice, a joy to drink. 100% Garnacha grape from Navarra region. Made from very old vines of lo w production. Hand selected grapes aged for four months in barrels mixed French and American oak. *Organic and Natural We practice low intervention, environmentally-friendly viticulture, we do not till the vineyards, all processes are carried out manually, we use selected native plants for ground cover and we fertilize with compost to improve the vine’s resistance to diseases. Our philosophy of minimal intervention is carried through to the winery, we use spontaneous fermentations, avoid racking, not filter or clarify, we do not use additives and only add sulphur in very moderate doses. Staff Review: Just what I’m looking for in a wine! It’s juicy and vibrant with a hint of spice. I also appreciate the environmentally friendly approach taken with making this yummy, organic and ultra affordable wine Show more
