It dries slowly, so give it a minute to set. Do not use CA accelerator with it, and keep thick glues like Maxi-Cure off the visible stem. Both can fog the water clear acrylic, especially a drip. Scuff both surfaces before gluing for a stronger bond. Hot glue is not recommended. It will not hold the magnets reliably.
