The collar is made with a plastic side release buckle to keep the collar as light as possible. About Biothane Biothane is made in the USA. It is a poly-coated webbing that is 100% vegan and latex free and looks and feels similar to leather. It is durable, waterproof, stink-proof, and easy to clean and maintain. Just wipe off any dirt with a wet towel or hand wash with soap and water. Biothane has a break strength of 1000 lbs per inch of width. Sizing Please note that this collar is NOT adjustable.
