Stenocactus multicostatus, is commonly known as the 'Brain Cactus' due to it looking like, well, a brain! This cactus grows very slowly but makes a great conversation piece. Stenoc actus multicostatus 'Brain Cactus' care: Stenocactus multicostatus prefers a very well draining soil. Water your cactus when it is completely dry after about 10-15 days during the summer (if outside). This cactus goes dormant during the winter and will need much less water during that time.
