Our Value Tie-Off Strap is designed to be a very cost effective, reusable anchor point for residential framers. Contractors are using the Value Strap on their multi-family and single family residential structures on the trusses, top plates, in hallways and foyers, balloon walls and stairways for fall protection safety. Simply wrap the strap around a supporting member and tie off to it with a lanyard, vertical lifeline or SRL. We have 2 different models to choose from - one with a loop/D-ring and one with a loop/loop. We have the loop/loop version for those that will be using the Value Strap on the exterior of the building where they might be resting against windows or other fragile material. The loop/loop version does not have a D-ring, so in windy situations the Value Strap will not pose any danger in those situations. Believe it or not, we sell quite a few of them!
