Because this is a standalone RO unit, it does not include pretreatment equipment. Therefore, sediment and carbon filters or antiscalant dosing should be installed upstream to protect the membranes. As a result, the system delivers stable, low-TDS water reliably. How It Works Feed water first enters the system and is pushed by the high-pressure pump through RO membranes. Consequently, salts and impurities remain on the reject side, while purified water passes through as product water. Meanwhile, flow meters, pressure gauges, and panel controls allow operators to monitor system performance.
