Damaged the main hose in your Evolve™ Hose Reel? Did your dog have a nibble or was it clipped by the lawn mower? No problem! Unlike the Classic Series of Retractable Hose Reels, th e Evolve™ Series of Reels possesses the option to replace a damaged main hose. The replacement can be done at home by simply using the two safety keys and following the instructions included with the the replacement hose. Please read instructions carefully before starting any work on the hose. WARNING: The two Safety Keys must be fully inserted before you start working on the hose as they stop the drum from retracting. The retracting drum can cause severe bodily harm to fingers and hands.
