Designed specifically for Microscope Eyepieces with an outer diameter of 1.25 inch (1-1/4 inch or 32mm). IMPORTANT: Please measure your eyepiece to ensure fit, as 1/16th of inch (o r 2 mm) will make a difference. These eye guards have an inner mounting diameter of 1-3/16inch (30mm). Rubber eye guards are supposed to stretch over the eyepiece to ensure a snug fit, therefore, they may be too loose to fit any eyepieces with an outer diameter that measures exactly 30mm or smaller. The rubber stretches slightly by (1/16th) 2mm maximum to fit eyepieces with an outer diameter of 1.25 inch (1-1/4 inch or 32mm), but will not fit any eyepieces with an outer diameter bigger than that. NOTE: Designed specifically for Microscope Eyepieces, NOT FOR BINOCULARS. May not fit with other types of eyepieces of different equipment. The inner lip (6mm, 0.24 inch) holds the eye guard in place to prevent it from sliding down on the eyepieces. Not Foldable - the rubber piece cannot be folded back on itself.
