Round and well balanced on the palate, as a result of its long period in the bottle. 2012 Vintage Scores: This Rioja reserva hits all the standard checkpoints with aplomb. Earthy loamy mossy aromas of plum and berry fruits feature a hint of tobacco and vanilla. In the mouth, this is full, with round but serious tannins.
