The Turner Motorsport early-model rear shifter bushing is designed to remove the shifter play caused by an old failed rubber shifter bushing. Creating the bushing from polyurethane instead of rubber reduces the amount of stretch caused by the moving part through the bushing. One feature that makes this Turner bushing unique is there is no need to burn or cut out your old bushing from the bracket, it comes pre-installed in the mounting bracket ready to install just like the OE bushing assembly. If you're looking for noticeably crisper shifting without adding much NVH (Noise, Vibration, & Harshness) then this is the bushing for you. Features: Note: Some shifter arms have a mushroom-shaped end. Use extra care installing Turner's bushing on these arms. Filing this mushroom down makes installation easier, however simply applying sufficient pressure to the back side of the bushing during installation will allow this bushing to install smoothly.
