This sectional from Costco is in NEW condition. It was taken out of the boxes and put together for these photos. I received this sofa missing the left armrest portion of the sofa - Costco may have taken that piece and gotten rid of this part of it. The retail price of $2399 is what it costs at Costco for the complete sofa, there is no way to order just the missing chair so this is sold as it looks here.
