80s -My Way- Womens dusty rose background polyester scarf-like material button cuffs longsleeve mid length totally 80s victorian style dress. Ruffled stand up collar, oversized blo usy bodice, elastic waistline. Dress features an off white floral fold over collar that hangs down the bust with more lace trim along the cuffs. Skirt is pleated and flared, dress is slightly sheer. Pull over styling with back of the neck hook tab closure. Dress has two tiny 1/4 inch snags on the middle waist right below the elastic waistband, most likely from whatever belt the previous owner wore with the dress, and a pinhead size grey spot on the left waist above the waistband, not very noticeable, will not show if worn with a belt (great for costuming).
