Dr Mayer Pinot Noir is a highly sought-after, cult-status Yarra Valley wine crafted by German-born winemaker Timo Mayer. Sourced from his steep, high-elevation Bloody Hill vineyard in the Yarra Valley, it is famous for its 100% whole-bunch fermentation and use of older French oak. D+M Tasting Notes: Greets you with sweet spices, strawberry skins and crushed raspberry. A silky, raspberry licorice fun ride in the glass, a whisper of tannins on the way out. Warrants the buzz.
