Single rod and piston assembly from a 2002 Mercedes-Benz S600 with the 5.8L V12 engine. These are in good used condition. The piston face has some minor carbon buildup, but no cracked ringlands, gouges in the skirts, face damage, or any other issues that would affect the function of the assembly. The connecting rod is straight, and when the engine was disassembled there were no spun bearings. The piston moves freely on the wrist pin. The piston rings are free-moving and included, but it is recommended they be replaced prior to use. As with any of our used engine parts, we recommend this be checked by a capable machine shop before use. The photos are of the actual parts you will receive.
