There are no cracks, broken bolt bosses or any other damage to the plenum. The throttle body is in good condition with no broken or damaged parts. This intake comes exactly as pictured. These are THE best performing factory LS intake manifolds for cathedral port heads. The intake manifold bolts are included. Pictures are of the actual part you will receive. This does NOT include the PCV valve/hose that goes from the top of the intake to the rear of the driver side valve cover. These are available from GM for less than $20 new.
