Joe’s flagship red blend. Changes every year. A barrel selection. The goal with the Bring It is to make a fuller bodied red wine with lots of fresh acidity to make it versatile to different cuisines. He always uses Pinot Noir as the base to add freshness and earthy/cherry aromatics (from Oregon). The remainder of the blend is from Washington state from Yakima in the Columbia Valley using fuller bodied grape varieties from higher elevations. All fermented with stems included (except for the Cab Sauv). Aged in 228 liter and 500 liter used French Oak barrels. 9 months aging. SO2 at bottling is the only additive. *Natural and Organic Staff Review: This wine is incredibly versatile. Can be drank on it's own or with a wide variety of foods. A great pick for dinner with friends. Medium bodied. A little tart and dry.
