A liter bottle of lighter bodied red wine from a very low interventionist winemaker in the Czech Republic. A blend of Pinot Noir, Blaufrankisch, and St. Laurent all farmed organica lly and allowed to ferment with indigenous yeasts in open topped wooden vats.
