360 degree impact protector for lamp posts, signs and support columns The 360 degree Lamp Post Column Impact Protector is a two-part steel guard that bolts together around an existing lamp post, signage post or support column - no need to lift or remove the structure it protects. Made in the UK from top grade steel with 45mm tube sections, it shields columns from low-speed impacts by cars and handling equipment in car parks, factories and warehouses. Choose plain hot-dip galvanised or a powder-coated yellow and black finish for extra visibility. Key features Two-part design - the halves bolt together around the column, so it is quick to fit to existing structures. 45mm steel tube sections - protection against low-speed impacts from small to medium vehicles and handling equipment. 254mm inner diameter - room for the column with space left for deflection. Bolt-down fixing - 8 anchor points, with anchoring into concrete recommended for best strength (bolts not included). Hot-dip galvanised - resists corrosion indoors and out, also available powder-coated yellow and black. Made in the UK - 13kg per unit in top grade steel. Where it is used Car parks - lighting columns and signage posts Factories and production areas - support columns near vehicle and trolley routes Warehouses and distribution buildings - columns close to handling equipment Local authority sites - lamp posts and street furniture Finishes Two finishes are available: hot-dip galvanised, or hot-dip galvanised with a yellow and black powder coat where higher visibility is needed. Both resist corrosion and suit indoor and outdoor use. Fixings Each unit needs 8 fixing bolts, which are not included. Rawl bolts and through-bolt anchors are available separately - see the bought-together products below.
