Features Each dumbbell is manufactured with a spring steel shaft and carries a confirmed weight rating of 318kg or 700lbs. Spring steel is commonly used in quality barbell construction because it provides the strength required to support substantial loads while maintaining consistent performance through repeated training. The shaft is finished in black hard chrome, while the sleeves use a silver hard chrome finish.
