These impurities can reduce the efficacy of the product and cause adverse toxicity or immune reactions. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce HCP impurities to the lowest practical level.This kit uses the experimental principle of double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) to detect HEK293 HCP residues. The ELISA method is simple, highly sensitive and objective. After washing the plate, add TMB chromogenic solution (36713-H) to develop color. TMB is transformed from colorless to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and finally transformed into yellow under the action of stop solution (36713-I). The shade of yellow is positively correlated with the amount of HEK293 HCP detected in the sample.
