40s -Home Sewn- Womens grey blended rayon crepe elbow length longsleeve dress having a left side zipper entry. The square neckline is faced and quite high with a front 4inch faced slit with 15 small covered buttons detailing the center front seam. Underside pads give shoulder definition with front vertical shoulder stitching used to appear as a yoke having coiled fabric wrapped circles below that are arranged in a grape cluster shape. A trio of narrow darts extend from the waist seam on each side of center front. Seven gores are used in the skirt construction to shape it and have a swing style lower hem edge. There is light sleeve color toning from a safety pin holding an under arm protector which may lighten with professional dry cleaning.
