80s -Panhandle Slim USA- Womens turquoise cotton cap sleeve mid length dress. Round neckline, basic bodice, elastic waistline. Painted purple and gold designs with tiny pebble trim in cream, light green, tan and black, padded shoulders, flared skirt with side inset pockets, a single button loop closure and keyhole detail behind the neck.
