Late 80s or Early 90s -West Ark USA- Mens taller fit black polyester cotton blend ribbed knit cuff longsleeve zip front members only style jacket. Classic style with an embroidered Teamsters Local 728 State of Georgia logo on the right chest, shoulder epaulets. Round standup collar with snap tab closure. Lower slash inset pockets and left chest inset pocket with logo and ribbed knit waistline. Inside is lined with nylon. There is a teeny faint white paint speck on each cuff, barely noticeable.
