Textured clusters of tiny white swiss do ts, narrow scallop edged white lace trims the pleated collar and shoulders. The bodice is darted in front with a contoured wide attached back tie belt detail, cream plastic button accents on the front of the bodice, a slightly flared skirt. Left side snap closure.
