50s -Adelaars Aristocrat- Womens sand lightweight silk button cuff 3/4 Sleeve button up front shirt. Dark taupe embroidered BFB monogram on the left chest, hip length, a back conto ured yoke detail, slit cuffs. Notched fold over collar, no pockets and square hemline with small side slits.
