70s -Shirley- Womens bright navy red and hunter green polyester knit short sleeve dress having a fold over collar and navy buttons fastening the front band to the lowered waistline seam. Shoulder seams are forward placed with a front yoke below and pleats into the lower seam used for the bodice which has a loose fit. There are two front patch pockets detailing the lower front. The skirt has a split windowpane plaid check pattern using white accenting. This mini-length A-line garment measures 33inches from shoulder to hem. Some scattered small fabric snags.
